True North Counseling and Consultation, LLC
Adults, Couples, Adolescents, Children, Families, and Organizations

Face to face therapy is offered by Lea and Jeigh in a confidential and safe environment.  We offer a free phone consultation in an attempt to help you familiarize yourself with the therapeutic process and to get to know your chosen therapist better.  You should expect your free consultation to last approximately 15-minutes.  This is also a good time to discuss your questions about payment and insurance.

You can expect your initial session to last anywhere from 50-minutes to 60-minutes.

Lea offers her services in office and distance to adults, couples, families, children, adolescents, and organizations. Please speak to Lea directly if you are interested in receiving therapy, but unable to pay her fee due to not having insurance or if you are struggling financially.  She will have some alternative options for those in need and it is important for you to speak with her about your situation.

**We also offer on-line sessions and teletherapy.  This can be a great option for someone who travels frequently, is unable to make an office visit due to a disability, or lives remotely.  Some of the benefit of face to face therapy is lost with this method and it is typically why the fee is lower.  There are, however, great advantages to this option if it allows you to obtain therapy when the ability for in person sessions does not work for you.  Please call us if you would like this service and to find out if it is a good fit for your situation as some circumstances necessitate in-person treatment.

Jeigh will offer in office and distance services to adults, couples, children, adolescents, families, and organizations. He will also offer a 12-hour alcohol and drug information course that typically meets court ordered and school requirements.  Please call or email to find out more about this program and associated fees.  Jeigh is able to be somewhat flexible with his fee for those in financial need.  Please speak to him directly about financial concerns you may have.
